Service Description

After you have set a date with us, we will contact you within 2 business days. We will provide you with options that are suitable for your dispute. We will then provide a quote to the estimate time required to resolve your case. My rates are $175 an hour, which is generally split between the parties. Mediation for a two-party case generally takes about 6 to 12 hours to complete. That works out to be about $525 to $1,050 per party. The mediation can be done virtually, through Zoom. We will provide the link and the instructions before the mediation. The mediation can also be done in-person. Sometimes clients choose to have the mediation at their office, which is acceptable as long as all parties agree to the location. Where the parties choose to have the mediation conducted at a more neutral location, parties can make arrangements to book a boardroom at a mutually agreeable location. Please note that there will be extra costs for the booking of a boardroom if the parties agree to use a location other than their office.
